Content Policy

Content standards, intellectual property rules, reporting, review and enforcement at Window Dance AI.

Last updated: 2026-10-31

This policy applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, previews, generated videos and use of Window Dance AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Allowed

  • A photo of yourself or one other adult who expressly agreed to this AI video use.
  • Photos you own or have permission to upload and process. Permission from the person pictured does not replace permission from the photographer or other rights holder.

Not allowed

  • Anyone under 18.
  • Celebrities, politicians, influencers or other public figures.
  • Strangers, or anyone who did not agree, including "prank" videos.
  • Nudity or sexual content of any kind.
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, including synthetic material, and any content sexualizing minors.
  • Graphic violence, threats, terrorism, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or encouragement of self-harm or illegal activity.
  • Impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fabricated endorsements, or content intended to embarrass, defraud or deceive a real person. Non-consensual use of someone's likeness is prohibited.
  • Copyright, trademark or other intellectual property infringement. You must not upload, request, generate, reproduce or distribute content that infringes another party's rights. This includes unauthorized photos, video clips, music, protected characters or artwork, and misleading use of brands, logos or trademarks. Do not remove rights notices or imply a rights holder's endorsement.
  • Videos presented as real surveillance or real footage of someone's home.

Intellectual property and permissions

You are responsible for obtaining the rights needed for your uploads and intended use of a result, including rights in any photo, likeness, music or other protected material. Public availability, a social-media credit or a link to an original post is not permission. Generation, payment and download do not transfer third-party rights to you. We do not guarantee that a result is cleared for every commercial or social-media use.

Posting

Label your video as AI generated when you post it. Never film real people through their windows.

Report content or a rights violation

Email support@windowdanceai.org with the subject Content report or Copyright / trademark report. You may report a problem even if you do not have an account.

Include the task ID or content URL, a description of the suspected violation, and relevant screenshots or other evidence. For a rights complaint, identify the protected work or trademark, explain your ownership or authority to act, and identify the allegedly infringing material. Provide a reply email so we can ask for clarification. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

Platform review and report handling

Reports are reviewed manually by the Window Dance AI operator. This is not a promise that every upload or output is checked by a human before delivery.

  1. Intake. We aim to acknowledge a report within 2 business days. We check whether it identifies content we can locate, and request missing details if needed.
  2. Review. We examine the reported content, available task records, the policy category and supporting evidence, including any rights or consent information. We aim to give an initial decision within 5 business days of receiving sufficient information; complex disputes may take longer, and we will explain delays. Reports involving child exploitation, credible threats or immediate harm receive priority.
  3. Interim action. Where a report presents a credible risk, we may restrict access to the affected content or suspend related use of the service while reviewing it.
  4. Decision and enforcement. If a violation is confirmed, we may reject a request, remove or disable access to content under our control, request removal from our generation or hosting provider, and suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. Where required by law, we report the matter to the appropriate authorities. We cannot delete copies already downloaded or reposted on services we do not control.
  5. Notice and appeal. We explain the outcome to the reporter and, where appropriate, the affected user, subject to privacy and legal restrictions. To dispute a decision, reply to the support email with the task ID and new evidence within 14 days; we aim to review an appeal within 5 business days of receiving sufficient information.

We keep the report and the review decision as needed to handle the complaint, appeals and legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Knowingly false or abusive reports are not allowed.

Enforcement and refunds

Enforcement is based on the severity of the violation and any repeated abuse. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights; reporting content does not automatically approve or deny a refund.
