Who we are

Window Dance AI (windowdanceai.org) turns a photo you upload into a short AI video. Questions about privacy: support@windowdanceai.org.

What we collect

1. Account or guest session details. Guest checkout creates a browser session without asking you to register. A private access link, valid for 180 days, lets you restore it; anyone holding that link can access your videos and remaining credits. After a guest purchase we email this link, and a note when your video is ready, to the address you entered at checkout. If you register, we collect your email address and name, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
2. Photos you upload. Used only to generate the video you asked for.
3. Generated videos. Linked to your account so you can find them in My videos.
4. Orders. What you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment partner and never reach our servers.
5. Usage data. Pages visited, device and browser type, collected with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to improve the site.
6. Content reports and appeals. If you report misuse or a rights violation, we collect your reply email, the reported content or task identifier, your explanation and evidence, and our review correspondence and decision. We use these to investigate, enforce our Content Policy, handle appeals and meet legal obligations. Relevant information may be shared with our generation or hosting provider to investigate or remove affected content, or with authorities where legally required. We retain complaint records only as needed for those purposes; related evidence may need to be preserved while a dispute or legal obligation remains open.

How photos and videos are handled

• Before checkout, a temporary photo draft is saved in this browser so it survives the payment redirect. We remove that draft after your preview starts; drafts older than 24 hours are discarded the next time the generator is opened. You can also clear site data in your browser.
• Your photo is uploaded to temporary storage at our video provider (Kie AI) and deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• The photo is sent to a video model only to make your video. We do not use it to train models, and we do not sell or share it.
• Generated videos are hosted by our video provider for about 14 days, then removed. Download anything you want to keep.

Who processes your data

• Kie AI for photo storage and video generation.
• Waffo (merchant of record) for payments, receipts and tax.
• Resend to send order and "video ready" emails.
• Google and Microsoft for analytics, and Google for sign-in if you choose it.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store account and order records.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your account, videos and order history at any time by emailing support@windowdanceai.org from your account email.
• You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
