Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Credits never expire.
What does one credit buy?
One Window Dance video of one adult: 9:16 MP4 with sound, no watermark.
Do I see anything before the credit is used?
Starting a video uses the credit, then you see its appearance preview and get up to 3 tries before approving. The video edits the fixed reference clip using your approved appearance.
What if a video fails?
The credit goes back to your balance automatically and you can try again.
How do refunds work?
Finished videos are not refundable because you approve the frame first. A pack with no credits used can be refunded within 7 days. Read the refund policy for details.
Who processes the payment?
Waffo, our merchant of record, handles checkout and receipts. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where available.
