The service

Window Dance AI generates short AI videos from photos you upload. Results are made by an AI model and can vary. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what is generated with your account.

Photos you upload

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who gave you permission.
• No photos of minors, celebrities, public figures or strangers.
• No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate or anything illegal.
• Do not upload, request, generate or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. You must hold the necessary rights to the photo as well as consent from the adult pictured.
• You keep the rights to your photo. You give us permission to process it only to make your video.

Our Content Policy forms part of these terms. It sets out prohibited content, how to report misuse or a rights violation, the manual review process, initial response targets, enforcement and appeals. Reports go to support@windowdanceai.org. We may refuse requests, restrict or remove content under our control, and suspend service access for violations.

Videos you make

You may use generated videos only where you have the necessary rights and permissions and comply with these terms and the Content Policy. Payment or generation does not grant rights to third-party photos, music, footage, trademarks or likenesses, or guarantee that a result is cleared for commercial use. Label videos as AI generated when you share them. Do not present them as real footage of a real event.

Payments and credits

Credits are sold in one-time packs. One credit makes one video. Prices are shown before checkout and payment is processed by Waffo, our merchant of record. Failed generations return the credit. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Not affiliated

Window Dance AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok, CapCut or ByteDance. Trend names are used only to describe the style of video.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or that every result will meet your expectations. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
